Goal of this doc: align on what our actual goals are with promoting Sally and which customer base we should start with

What this doc isn’t: a flushed out plan of where or with who we should promote (that comes next based on what we decide here)

Goal of Sally push:

Goal: Large push of Sally now / within next 1-2 months to collect interest and segment ourselves as the full AI enablement team

Note: It seems like the primary goal of this, given that the ask is a one time push and then not much for a while, is just “let’s beat everyone to the punch” vs. “let’s actually become known for this”

If the goal is to just beat everyone to the punch so no one else can claim to be that, then we can do a one time push and then go back to business as usual

If the goal is to actually become known for this — and have people associate this with us — then we should put the meaningful and necessary work into embedding it into everything we do (e.g. website main page, newsletters, company branding materials, how we talk about ourselves and what we do). As a comparison, it’s taken several months to “build up” a life sciences audience with recognition and following.
